A transitional housing program with support services for women leaving prison who might effectively use this opportunity to successfully re-enter society.
In partnership with other agencies, the Catherine McAuley Center operates a transitional housing program with support services for women leaving prison who might effectively use this opportunity to successfully re-enter society. The ultimate goal of this program is to empower women to sustain independent living following their release from prison for up to one year.
THIS PROGRAM IS ONLY OPEN TO WOMEN.
Services include: Intensive case management; Assistance finding safe housing; Assistance in moving, procuring furniture and personal supplies; Linkages to community services; Recreational activities.
All services are provided free of charge.
